28a FIRA DE L'OLI VERGE EXTRA CATALUNYA aims to bring together all the extra virgin oils in the Catalonia, including the Denominations of Origin, as well as cooperatives, private mills and producer associations, with the aim of gathering the plurality of models of entrepreneurship, production and quality certification in the world of Catalan extra virgin olive oil.
